Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in main kettle and mix with homogenizer until all is uniform. 
  2. Add Phase B and mix in a side kettle until it is uniform, leave aside. 
  3. Weigh Phase C and mix until homogenous appearance 
  4. Add Phase B into main kettle homogenizing at a constant speed for at least 20 minutes until appearance is uniform and no streaking is visible. 
  5. Add Phase C very slowly to main kettle while homogenizing at high speed. 
  6. Add Phase D and continue mixing until full incorporation.
