Procedure

  1. In the main kettle weigh phase A and mix until full and homogeneous incorporation of the powders.
  2. Add phase B and mix until colour is fully developed, make sure to test application on skin until no streaking is visible, and an homogenous colour is appreciated. 
  3. Add phase C and mix with an anchor-type mixer until powder is homogeneously hydrated and slurry forms.
  4. Pour slurry onto tin pan and press.
  5. Pack and store.
