    Procedure

    1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle and mix until homogeneous.
    2. In a side kettle, weigh Phase B and mix until uniform.
    3. Add Phase B into the main kettle and milk until emulsion is uniform and homogeneous.
    4. Adjust pH with Phase C.
    5. Pack in a spray container.
    6. Store.
