Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle and heat batch 80-85 °C, until fully molten, mix well. 
  2. Keep temperature and add Phase B, keep on mixing until full incorporation,
  3. Lower temperature to 60°C.
  4. In a side kettle weigh phase C and mix until pigments are fully integrated and no streaking is visible (make sure to test often).
  5. Add phase C to main kettle, mix well keeping temperature.
  6. Add phase D and continue mixing until a full and homogeneous incorporation of powders.
  7. Pour while hot in packaging.
