Procedure

  1. Weigh Phase A in the main kettle, mix with side sweep paddle until an homogeneous gel is formed and lumps are visible.
  2. In a side kette, weigh phase B and mix well.
  3. Incorporate phase B onto the main kettle and mix well until emulsion is formed and phases are fully incorporated.
  4. In a side kettle, mix phase C until DHA is fully dissolved.
  5. Add phase C mixture onto main kettle, and mix well until full incorporation.
  6. Add phase D and continue mixing.
  7. Add phase E until butterpowder is incorporated.
  8. Adjust pH with phase E
