    Elastomer network offers strong sebum absorption and oil control. Transformation into matte apparance with powdery after feel. Can be formulated into oil-water (O/W) emulsions, water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions and anhydrous systems. Applications include skincare, color cosmetic, sun care and hair care formulations.
